If you wish to have a topic/item considered for inclusion on the agenda, the item/topic must be submitted in writing to AAM at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting. You can also email such requests or suggestions to your property manager Kayla Johnson. While we will make every effort to include your topic/item on the Agenda, please remember the Chair sets the Agenda and the item may therefore not be included.
